UAHS Health Room

Uniontown Area High School provides for the school day healthcare needs of students through the UAHS Health Suite. Our dedicated staff attends to student illness, injury, and the dosing of prescribed medication as per all safety and state requirements.

The district will make accommodations to work with parents when it is necessary for medications to be distributed during school hours. In order for the process to take place, the form (accessible by the link below) must be completed and returned to the school nurse. In addition, all guidelines must be followed. Please note: No student is permitted to be in possession of medications (over the counter or prescription) during the school day.
